Right now in its current state. You yo ask yourself why we are at .0001 with no bid. Well the answer is simple. Dilution. The ask cannot move up thus creating a bid if the same 7.5 mil shares are on the ask. It would be alot more worrysome if it was that way with no volume which that isnt the case here
