Humm, this is what the default list says:

Issuer Name/Default Start/Filing Type/Default Code/CTO/MCTO

Period of Default Default Code Default From Default To
A 2014-12-31 4 2015-05-04 ---

Code 4 is: 4 Failure to comply with any other requirement related to continuous disclosure.

There is some sort of default but I dont quite understand what code 4 means. Still doesnt look like any CTO in effect.
