I never said a MASSIVE REVERSE SPLIT was always bad, did I? However, the high percentage of R/S done by OTC companies are very very bad. And I've seen companies use the "uplist" excuse to execute these reverse splits in order to attempt to sway the opinion of the shareholder that it's in their best interests.

I think talk of an uplist when the share price is half a penny and the share structure is in the billions, is to say the least, premature.
