This is at the very hub of our concern of legitimacy -- Is the joint venture with KSWJ or with KSW Inc?

If it is proven to be NOT with KSW Inc., then we are in.

This point is at the very crux of our dilemma here. We have evidence of a JV that involves a company called "KSW whatever".

If it is absolutely NOT KSW Inc, then it MUST BE a JV that involves KSWJ, for there are no other "KSW's" on record.

And that would then mean that KSWJ is a legitimate entity.

And then perhaps they really DO HAVE a legitmate product, ie the EM-100.

I only ask, then, is it possible to concoct a bogus Joint Venture, and have it shown as legitimate on record?

In the meantime, it seems that to buy in now would be a very good move, for the risk has been "lessened" with the proof that KSWJ is a legitimate entity with an invention/product that appears to be in the patent stage.

Our DD, therefore, needs to be focused on the US Patent Office, where we need to discover if that EM-100 patent has been submitted.

You get that info, you have then figured it all out.

Is it that simple?

Or have I left something out?

Have I made it too simple?

I want to get in. Now seems to be a great time.

The risk seems -- no, make that, IS -- smaller than the usual sub-penny, for we have confirmed the existence of a legitimate entity that has big-time potential.

Unless you see problems I haven't touched on, unless you know more than I, I am going thru with a purchase in a few days.

Are you going to talk me out of it?

I'm all ears.......
