Normally I would not reply but...

In Plain English it says "the company received comments from the sec that the withdrawal would be appropriate"....how you interpreted and twisted the words to mean Sec required the withdrawal to be beyond me....

It means LBSR initiated the withdrawal request by asking for comments from SEC which the sec commented on and said it was appropriate. ...
