Indeed a PIPE financed venture capital company, but what else to play?

I remember reading once the capital markets were created for this sort of entrepreneurial activity.

The system is "rigged" toward the finance companies and sometimes the insiders. Some companies really take advantage of that, but those companies never file.... hmmmm
