So, I just re-read today's PR and is it just me or does it read like this is a totally separate acquisition from the LOI that was announced/confirmed last week?

I didn't notice much discussion about this on the board today. It seemed like everyone thought this was just a clarification of last weeks PR.

Am I just too hopeful?????????????
