Interesting kb and wasn't aware of EPZM thanks! Brings to mind CRISPR technology: biotech, germ-line engineering. Actually the article to read is titled "Engineering The Perfect Baby" on MIT's website. Essentially we can now go in and splice out or fix any part of DNA- perhaps similar to the DNA methylation/acetylation technique? Scary stuff but it could be one of the single biggest discoveries in modern science.

Right now there are several inventors battling for CRISPR patent rights, with each inventor launching a startup. So whoever wins the patent battle, that company could be a good one to invest in. In that way I could understand how an Epizyme would get a high multiple. As for CR845 it is anyones guess why it hasn't yet received the media attention that it should.
