Yes they delayed in being an accelerated filing but it is not a negative circumstance at all. There are requirements for companies that must file by the 11th. The form 10q NT is just saying they delayed on the accelerated filing date. If they do not file by the 15th then I would start
To become concerned.

Form 10q NT is required for any company not filing accelerated. (Due day of the accelerated filing.

Nothing here to be worried about IMO. GLTA
