For the answer to why Electronic Cigarettes corporate name/logo is on the race car, type in "Carlos Conde" (the driver) and Electronic Cigarettes. You will find that Carlos Conde was the 'genius' behind Victory's acquisition strategy. Article from April '14 mentions this. Probably an old decal that would have cost too much to repaint.

Glad that they are not wasting advertising dollars in this way.
