Here is what is happening in my non-weighted opinion and I'm glad because what you say to me means nothing......I just give my honest thoughts based on DD and just pure GUT feelings......
I think that NXOI & RBIZ was approached by (I'm going to say ZILLOW)but it could be anyone.......They (whomever) said to the two entities, you do a name change with next 1 interactive to get away from the bad taste from this name from past experiences with other deals, etc...then you do a R/S to get the PPS up to another exchange and we will make you a definitive offer so this is why the name change, a higher exchange, resulting in what is going on so quickly to us but has been in the works for some time.....it was kinda mentioned in one of the last press releases about someone taking over if you read it in an open mind directed in this direction.....What will happen, who knows.....It may not be anything like this but it is the only thing that would in my opinion make a request for the the name change....Why make any changes since the PPS was starting to go back up unless this was already in the making which i think was back in Feb.2015........
This is my opinion, so anybody want to throw theirs out there instead of putting me down or making remarks as to being crazy or whatever....I'm here for business nothing more nor nothing less.....I don't mind to prove my position here and i have nothing to hide and really am not worried about being attacked financially.......Anybody?, Anybody? Please put your opinion out......
