Richard, this is good news. This will not go to trial. Judge Pantle will take them into chambers, even as late as the day of jury selection and council them to settle. I have seen it 99% of the time including personal experience.

I see reduced penalties and awards, maybe in the $20 to $30 million range and a 10 to 15 year extension and or sharing the distribution Channel with Playboy managing the marketing. Otherwise Cirtran could walk away with in excess $100 million considering the impact on Sales over a ten year period.
