Are you saying Shameberg has received no shares? What happened with his previous promotions of the JFK terminal with pinksheet POS companies - no shares there either? How is Shamberg financing his company - the private offering doesn't seem to be doing very well either, a long, long ways to go for the $5 mil. How is he paying for the engineering studies, the cleanup, upgrades to the tanks, legal fees, etc.?
