As I suspected most retailers will not be able to sell until the symbol change, thus giving whoever the non-retail parties are selling stock ample time to operate without competition from retail.

Would explain much of the hype when retail cannot even operate in a normal market fashion yet.

You can buy, but you cannot sell. Classic.
