10 days according to 'the letter', but I wouldn't put much faith in the veracity of 'the letter'. Have said before and will say again [IMO] something is fishy with 'the letter'. Hard to believe anyone could issue 907 million shares against $145,000 in debt and not realize something was amiss. And they made the mistake 34 times in 60 days. BTW- in case you're wondering - that's an average convergence rate of .00016.
