Too much time below sub penny. This next report is critical. On low volume this will continue to be at the whim of MM's, nothing we aren't already aware of.

New investors looking at this thing just see a ticker that's declined over 91% in a year's time that doesn't release a whole lot of news. Anybody know if the 167M share count is still correct?
