I have contacted a few lawyers by on-line inquiry. I suggest everyone do the same!!
Or.. wherever you are, make a 5 minute phone call to a nearby securities lawyer and see if we have a case.
I TRULY believe that what Sanomedics did AT LEAST borders on illegal. I got called on several times by a company representing Sano and told every lie in the book about their "portfolio" of businesses, their "active" affiliation with John Scully, etc., and 90% of it turned out to be lies. If everyone who got screwed contacts at least one lawyer and asks questions, we SHOULD be able to get someone to take our case.
I don't even care about a full recovery. I don't even expect half a recovery, but if these people can be shut down for good, I will be happy.
