LOL, You meant don't believe a BV on an non-reporting stock! Why? A reporting stock can become an non-reporting stock the next day! So what make you change the mind for its BV one day later? Just because of the so-called OTC tier change, LOL! Anyway a stock's BV won't be affected by the OTC tier change at all which is a common sense!
