MTSL - I think what was attractive to Vexigo insiders was the combination of cash and stock that they received. They still own a large percentage of Vexigo via MTSL stock. Also, they are receiving $4M in cash plus nice provisions of cash in the earn outs. Had they sold to someone bigger they might have just received all cash and not had the significant upside with stock.

The SwingTrade Portfolio was up 36.2% in 2014, 83.5% in 2013, and 510.9% since inception.
