Welcome to the OTC. They are only required to file to stay "current", otherwise they can go dark for as long as they want. I doubt they'll file the 10-q before they get around to the 10-k. That being said this is a great lotto play, conversions seem to have slowed, when the new management finally does give an update we'll see a nice move IMO. Buy 3's, wait, and hold on tight for the ride.
