If they are an 'Accelerated filer' they have 40 calender days time to release the 10-Q, means today. If they are a 'Smaller reporting company' 45 days, means by Friday, 15th. Unless they file a NT 10-Q, then they have 5 additional days to release it.

10-K was reported as an 'Accelerated filer' but it was the old fiscal year. IMO
