I am glad to read that this JFK facility is getting financing.
I am glad that BAYP is involved and will benefit.
I am glad to see that the extensive audit is being completed.
I am glad to see and hear that BAYP and its JV associates are going to industry and investment shows.
I am glad to hear that the JV partner is affiliated in any way with the T. Boone Pickens organization.
I am glad to see that a June 2011 research study on the facility's usage is being read.
I am sure we will hear more from the JV partner's engineers about the work they are involved in, with further news releases and audit.

$BAYP is the stock of 2015. With a modest float and cheap pps, we can expect a big run.
