I actually don't think this is a dead stock at all, and I find it unlikely to decline Below the 3's. It simply doesn't make any sense, if it does I feel it will be very brief.

Looking at the history, the stock returned double everytime it declined substantially. Usually within about 30 days after it bottomed out. The only time frame it did not do this was from 2011 to early 2013. But exiting this decline was where it rose to its maximum high.

I say to myself everyday, there is no way so many people are selling at the bid at these prices. I'm sure some of them are strategy sells for manipulation, and a few weak holdings. But, anyhow now I'm just rambling. I'm holding long until it gets over 5 at a minimum, I have an average share price at 4.69 and will likely average down if it does decline more.
