What it looks like is someone opened up cheapo wanna-be Otter Pop, filled it with some Koma Unwind, and resealed it.

But they did such a bad job at resealing that it started to leak!

Lets not forget about transporting frozen products without ice!
For some reason CEO Brian Weber and management have a problem with ice. They used to never ice down their cans during samplings and here we go again, not buying ice to freeze their poopsicles!

Not to worry though, CEO BW will probably word it in a way that this popsicle will help cure Autism.
