I always said FXCM's vaunted no-dealing desk model was the problem. Other brokerages dealt with the SNB issue internally. Stupid.

I'm not a lawyer, but it seems to me they may have a case? However, it wouldn't be the first lawsuit dismissed without merit.

The point is, FXCM done screwed the pooch. If they are once more in violation of regulatory capital requirements...LMAO
