The JFK Terminal is not permitted to operate. It has an open file with the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection and the owner has so far evaded with orders to complete the soil and groundwater investigations. The NDEP will catch up to him eventually.

The owner, Simon Shamberg, is a convicted securities fraudsters, and to make matters worse, tried to hide assets by hiding real estate in his wife's name. He has never paid the fines levied by the SEC.

The owner has promoted the JFK Terminal with three POS penny stocks in the last five years, with not a gallon of oil ever pumped. It is a prop, used to scam investors.

There is no equipment at the terminal to treat frack water. It's a rusted out, overgrown facility and should be condemned.
