LOL, Almost all the non-reporting stocks have the FIXED SS which is a common sense! Only the so-called OTC Reporting stocks increase the SS almost everyday! Which is why I prefer to invest in the non-reporting stocks like SLRW because I don't need to worry about either the R/S or endless huge dilutions...
