wouldn't the customers/retail provide upfront capital for larger orders? Isn't that standard? Once ECIG receives an order i would assume if of great magnitude they would require sufficient down payments. Why would anyone lend 41 million dollars to a company that is in such dire straights that a couple hundred k matters? i hope they are doing better than you estimate
