Back in 2009 a business banker that I trusted opened shadow accounts in my name and applied for credit cards and loans without my knowledge. When I found out the bank had a district manager assure me he'd been fired, then two weeks later I was informed by a colleague that he'd been transferred to another branch down the street. Wells Fargo assured me that because I didnt lose any money that there was no legal recourse... Its high time that all this came to light!!!
