The next filing on May 15, 2013 said this;

The first tranche of $500,000 was to be deposited on or before May 17, 2013 in exchange for 15,000,000 shares . . .
The second tranche of $500,000 is to be deposited on or before June 20, 2013 in exchange for 5,000,000 shares of Series C Preferred Stock . . .
As of May 17, 2013, the Company received $272,500 toward the first investment tranche.
