I think the product itself has been approved and we are simply waiting for AMIC as a company to be squared away, given the 120 day response time and the form4 from April 30th. I believe part of the approval process is making sure the company has its ducks in a row because the FDA won't allow a company with holes in it to begin nationwide marketing/distribution of an approved product. I would not be surprised if they have already secured financing and if the 8k (filed the day after that form4 eh?) is the last piece of the puzzle, I expect the bomb to drop before the 19th.
