I think you should call Tony and have a list of questions ready for him, then post the responses on the message board, it would help everyone out and I'm certain he would gladly speak with you.

I still believe there were certain complications (from Bob Corr) that didn't allow LVVV to properly list APRU under their company. There have been instances where companies cannot gather all the needed info to list other subsidiaries under them, so sometimes they make it look on paper like the deal didn't go through (per financial advisors I have spoken to). Maybe they are doing it so they can purchase the company at a lower cost, I'm not sure. Maybe the deal didn't go through and they are completely screwing over everyone in LVVV and APRU, not sure. Again, I never claimed to be a master of APRU. I simply had a phone call with Tony and everything I have stated has been my opinion and not quoting Tony.

I will stick to my commitment of following up with him in 90 days and take it from there. Like you said, doesn't hurt to stay in it at this price point. Could be right, could be wrong. Doesn't hurt to find out.
