It's crazy, but that is what they are doing.
Everything the government wants to do is okay, unless they get caught.
It's only an issue, if somebody makes it an issue.
A few years ago, I had an accountant say that to me:
"it's not an issue, unless somebody makes it an issue.".
So, whatever they can get away with is okay. Even the governemnt does not care about the law or constitution.
