In my experience companies are required to raise the os, to satisfy debt meaning to be converted, by parties converting. Multiples here imo would be much more than the billion added to os. They could have raised to more to count for other shares, but kept it at 4.5 billion as that's the area which current notes will be extinguished. I've thought and told my friends 4.3 billion is where it would stop, but that's totally just my opinion.
