Sorry. Murphy doesn't own the company. Murphy put down $10 to close the deal on the company. Yates said he owned it then. 1 billion shares were put in escro. Murphy was suppose to draw those shares out as he paid for the company. About $250k was suppose to be drawn out and paid for in the first 3 months. The rest later. Murphy never did that, which voided his ownership. They had the 1 billion shares laying dormant in escro after that and Yates voided them out.

The PR and filing stated ownership transferred to Murphy, but that was voided out because Murphy never bought the shares out of escro. And with Murphy not being owner, Yates was asked many times who held controlling interest in the company, because we knew he hardly had any shares left. He wouldn't answer the question no matter how many times it was put to him, because he knew that the shareholders held controlling interest in the company and we had the power to kick him out.
