The dilution has continued for months. It isn't going to stop any time soon. I believe it will be 100mil by the end of the year. How the hell else is JP Carey going to get all of his shares? 1.25 million dollars will by a lot of shares at 15% below market. What makes anyone here think that they will allow a private holder of stock to own more than 1% of this junk.
