Some have spoken with Stephanie and still can’t get an answer of what happened to the J shares. She says that she is waiting info from those who control Lehman, ie Weil, Marsals. (What do you guys make of that!!!)

She sees 2 possible outcomes. The shares are worthless or reinstated back to the accts. She cited her confidentiality agreements a few times, that was keeping her answers so short.

She was told that the estate was still reporting on the taxable status of the trust and that these prefs along with other prefs make up that trust. This implies the trust is dissolved. She said no the trust is still intact. It will be beneficial to email the legal team as well to work it in parallel with EPIQ.

The end of the conversation was if she didnt call back by next Friday,call her back again. She was apologetic as well.
