If he makes a beneficial contribution, and the PPS reflects it. I don't see a problem with that.
But first of all Andy is not running the show anymore, it's mobile lads, and they have been very successful in what they doing, and continue doing.
Secondly, it is showing that they want to recruit new and innovative blood into the system.
So what ever your take is on this it's understandable.
