When you can't even pay the rent where does the money come from
to finance any projects? Will all the employees be working out of
their house or car? You think maybe Eric should have informed the
shareholders the company was so broke they couldn't pay the rent
rather than pumping up all the things he was going to do but
unfortunately they all needed financing?
I also may be wrong but failure to report not paying the rent
and establishing more debt and not reporting it in the quarterly
reports may be a huge problem for both Eric and Fred. Of course
we can believe everything Eric tells us he will do will get done
immediately. I wonder how the auditor could not see no payment
for rent and yet sign off on a audit and not a word about non
payment and more liability.
