Also, By Throwdown not ordering them to stop using their name in email correspondences it places Throwdown as the parent company in liability for the fraud committed by officers of the license holder whether past or present considering they continue to allow the deception to commence with the use of the throwdown name on emails by mike Holley and or Toby McBride
