People need to realize Oil is a Big Player for $CGRA.

$CGRA is doing all things right this time around and the improvements they have made for the Oil leases in Wyoming are huge, I work in the oil and gas industry and the work $CGRA has done to improve access to their well pad locations is a big deal because it's not cheap to do and with the current active wells producing over 150+ bbls a week that's almost $400k in revenue a year just from the few active wells in the Salt Creek area once they work over the other wells and bring them online that revenue will increase substantially

And then you have their Marijuana business which will only grow and get stronger as more states move to legalize marijuana and $CGRA is getting in on ground level in Washington so IMO it's all good that they are doing!
