Phillips 66 (PSX) has declared a quarterly dividend of 56 cents per share on Phillips 66 common stock, representing an increase of 12 percent from the prior quarter. The dividend is payable on June 1, 2015, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on May 18, 2015.

Duke Energy declared a quarterly cash dividend on its common stock of $0.795 per share, payable on June 16, 2015, to shareholders of record at the close of business May 15, 2015.

St. Jude Medical (STJ) declared a second quarter dividend of $0.29 per common share. This dividend amount is equal to the dividend paid during the first quarter of 2015 and brings the total dividend declared for the year to $0.58 per common share. The dividend is payable on July 31, 2015, to shareholders of record at the close of business on June 30, 2015.

DTE Energy declared a $0.69 per share dividend on its common stock payable July 15, 2015, to shareholders of record at the close of business June 15, 2015.
