Let's examine the 8K's to see if the "information is very clear", I'll start with the Lockwood Dividend and convertible prefered stock dividends that never happened from IFX*, trust me, it's relevant, Sam Talari was running it at the time and has brought the same "NON DELIVERY" to FWDG:

If they finished the initial process of URVAPE, how come we have NOT heard anything since??

Now we have this 8K - FROM 05/06/15 where FWDG is stating an LOI and the Executive Director is stating that, "that neither Carl Gregoire nor FutureLand Corporation have any authority to represent the Okanagan Indian Band in any way."

What are we suppose to believe??
