Here's one reason

What does J+J gain from dragging this out?

JNJ/Lifescan sales in Diabetic care each year is around 480 million
so far litigation has kept DECN out of the market to capture what percentage of...those sales ........

they will fight to the end ........ even if it means stalling,,,,,
