This basically, of share holder value, first of they ear market the out existing authorized shares, that shows they are not being greedy and that want better qualified people to work with them, and it also shows they are planning on increasing their employees. But not at share holders expense, also shows that they are not interested in changing the share structure i.e. No reverse split. These are very promising features for us ( share holders). And the market should respond accordingly and the PPS would rise. Pending how soon the market do it's correction.
