I hear ya. Sorry for my 'early morning rant'. That was before my coffee and after reading some of the posts where character comes into question.
Either way, these plays are largely frustrating, thus I've adopted a practice of playing off the bottom. Better success rate, lower risk. Don't fault anyone for their response to irresponsible management behind many of these companies...if one can call them that.
Personally, the last filing, current bottom, expanding volume and anticipated updates is what makes PGCX of interest here...but that's just me.
