They will be exonerated. Maybe guilty of minor charges like negligence. There was nothing in any statement that claimed the officers actively caused him any physical harm.

I couldnt help notice that 3 of the officers charged were african american. So I guess we're in new territory when it comes to blaming the police.

But rather than prejudge I will wait for the truth to come out.

Like the truth came out about Michael Brown's actions that led to his shooting.

I'm very proud of the way the citizens of Baltimore behaved. The set the role model for acting as a community no matter how they felt about what happened.

So the Marilyn Mosby was really smart -- she brought out charges to make the rioters happy -- that she also probably knew would never get guilty verdicts.
