We'll talk once I see the promised well since last year that he stated should be done within 90days and fence put up. Why the hell would you keep bringing up grading the land when the fence is not up. It appears whatever license he obtained is about to expire soon. Even if all joe said is true seems like it'll take at
Least 5 years for some progress. Who knows maybe then joe would come up with something new like partnering up with more gas stations.
