Since 2008 the very next milestone we've wanted to see met is this one:

Some 'cide gets through tox. The real tox. The tox you need to get an IND approval from the FDA.

That milestone has never been met. Sure some things have been accomplished -- raising millions more dollars from hopeful investors, getting listed on the AMEX, doing "pre-tox tox" that isn't the real tox, and having a ribbon cutting for their new building. But in 2008 nobody would have listed any of those things as "the next milestone". The next milestone has always been finishing tox. That is the prerequisite to all the other milestones that matter -- phase 1 trials, phase 2 trials, phase 3 trials, and an NDA from the FDA.

So I'd say no milestones we care about have ever been hit.
