I want to confirm the scam artist William Veve from Verde Media - William and Daniel Burgess were trying to raise money for their shell company Verde Media and were proposing cash for convertible stock after some holding period from our NYX VC firm/fund. Upon Due diligence, it was obvious to us within minutes that this company has no direction and is used as pump and dump. They some what stay under the SEC radar since they are not fully reporting so they produce these bogus press releases that have no substance which is an attempy to rally the stock. Stay as far away from this company as possible. I will save the horrific details of dealing with these shady characters at this point/.
